Im moving out of my room in a few weeks and looking to find a replacement tenant. The house will be available after 18th July (no earlier or later). I am only moving out to go live in with my partner.

Rent: £555pm and £580 deposit. Bills are £100-£150pm depending on the weather.

Housemates: 3 lovely girls who are friendly, respectful, and keep to themselves. We also have a very chill cat in the house. This is a girls only household.
The room has a double-bed, study table, wardrobe, and a chest. The room comes fully furnished as seen in the picture. The house has four rooms and two bathrooms, a living room, huge kitchen, and a garden space.
This is a quiet house. Ofcourse friends and partners are always welcome as long as they dont move in and are pleasant to be around.
This is a queer friendly household. Women and nonbinary only pls.
Landlord keeps to himself and is genuinely a nice guy.
Requirements:
A kind, respectful, and clean housemate who can coexist peacefully with a cat. Two of the housemates have been living here for several years now and they like their space to be peaceful and quiet. Must earn a minimum of £25k/annum.
