My flatmate is sadly moving out, so I'm looking for someone to sign a new lease with me for this beautiful flat!

I've lived here 2 years now and love this space, and hope to find a flatmate who will love it as much as me! I'm looking to find someone to sign with by the end of August max, rent begins 15th of September. Landlady is lovely and price is potentially negotiable with her.

Rent is £1150 and bills come to roughly £150pp/pcm. The room is SUPER spacious, 16sq. m., and has a 4 door built in wardrobe with lots of storage. The room also comes with a desk if wanted. (The pictures shown are from the agency from before we moved in, to show you how it comes furnished.)

Flat is super warm, both figuratively and literally in the winter! It has a lovely living room and open plan kitchen, and I'm happy for you to bring any decor. The bathroom is also pretty new and big.

A little about me:
I'm 27, finishing up my PhD in Philosophy at UCL. My schedule is very dependent on term time and teaching commitments, but I usually work from home 2 or 3 days a week, and like to work in the living room. I'm very sociable, and though I'm often out with my friends, I'd love to live with someone I can hang out with and become friends with. However, I of course respect everyone's personal space and need some alone/down time myself! I also love crafting/being creative and being active.
I'm not a party person, but I do really enjoy hosting the occasional dinner party or gathering.
Finally, though I'm not a clean freak, it's very important to me to keep my house clean and tidy. My ideal is to clean around 1 a week and also clean after ourselves during the week.

tube 10 min walk (with access to District, Hammersmith & City, and Central lines)
gym 3 min walk
quite big tesco 3 min walk
gorgeous Victoria Park 5-10 min walk!
24/7 corner shops just below, as we're on the Main Street

I will be on holiday from July 22nd to August 13th, but can do viewings before then, or send you videos of the flat in the meantime and schedule an in-person viewing once I'm back! :))
