My friendly two pugs and I are looking for a long term flatmate!

Cozy warm 2 bed 1 bath flat with balcony.

5 minutes away from the DLR and Westfield Stratford
Sainsbury and gym across the road!
Minutes away from the Olympic park, GP nearby, and plenty of amenieties within walking distance!

It's a 2 bed 1 bath property with balcony.
The house is furnished and I have all the appliances needed.
We are on the 6th floor.

This place is a loving home and sanctuary. My hope is that this resonates with whoever comes to live with me.

The house is decorated already with plants and soothing paintings of nature and the ocean.

You will be getting the larger room of the flat! It comes with a closet. I can talk to my flatmate if you wish to buy any of his other furniture. (He will be selling the bedframe (no mattress), drawer, lamp, beside tables)

The room is available anytime from end of July - beginning of August

I am a very easy going, empathetic, understanding, chill, and laid back person. I live a very quiet and tranquil life. I am respectful, kind, and responsible. I work from home 4 days a week. I spend a lot of time going for walks with my dogs. I am always open to discussing living arrangements to ensure we both feel comfortable. It is my wish that this is a home for both.

Please know I have 2 pugs and its very important for me that the person who moves in really likes dogs and is comfortable living with them. That they don't simply tolerate them. They are well behaved, trained, and really clean. They are very social and adore people! From time to time I might have a third dog as I look after a friend's dog if they need support urgently. My pugs spend time with me in the living room as I work or eat. I do, of course, keep them away from your room unless you want to cuddle with them!

Bills which are split evenly between us both (you'd pay half of the below):

£161 council tax
£80 water (this should come down soon)
£24 internet
£50-70 ELE (heating) - this is a rough estimate depending on usage
£48 electricity - this is a rough estimate depending on usage
£70 per month for a cleaner who cleans communal areas fortnightly (bathroom, living room, kitchen)
All of this split by 2 = roughly £230 per month per person on bills

We have a cleaner who comes to clean the kitchen, bathroom, and living room area once every fortnight.

Your room is yours to clean. If you wanted to pay an extra hour per visit for them to clean your room, it could be arranged, and you'd pay the extra. Dishes are put in the dishwasher as we use them and once its full, whoever sees it full can just start it. We can always discuss this and build an arrangement that works for both.

I am looking for someone on the same wavelength who is kind and responsible too.

This place would not be suitable for parties but dinner gatherings with friends is absolutely fine, and the one off party (like for your birthday) would be ok as long as we discuss it ahead of time.

I am not comfortable with drugs.
