Hi, I’m leaving my lovely flat in Bow (2 mins from Bow Church station, 6 mins from Bow Road station & 12 min walk to Mile End) as I am purchasing a property. My housemate is my friend of 10 years, who is very considerate and quiet. She loves reading, going to the gym, going for brunch/coffee, learning languages. She works in Intelligence. Looking for someone to replace me in the flat who is kind, clean and considerate.

The room is a very large double room. Rent is 1,075 a month and bills vary but are normally around £160 a month each including council tax. The kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared but the flat is a good size. There is parking and a secure bike stand. There is a small park across the road and the flat is 20 mins walk from Victoria park. The room will be available from the 14th July.
