We have a flatmate moving out which means we have an opening to move into this large double bedroom in a luxury East Village apartment.

The apartment comes with a large shared living space and kitchen, huge windows all around, a gym (TheGym Group) on the ground floor and 2 rooftop terraces with stunning views. As well as great transport links, we have a host of coffee shorts and bars within a short walk from the apartment.

We are a short walk from, Stratford station (Central, Jubilee, DLR & Mildmay Overground lines), Hackney Wick station (Mildmay Overground line), and Stratford International station which runs into St Pancras in 7 minutes!

The remaining housemates (me and 2 others) are friendly, sociable, clean guys who are easy to get on with and have a range of interests.

Council tax and wifi are included in the rent, we pay for water and electric which is usually just over £100 a month.

We ideally want someone moving in by the end of the month, with some flexibility, the housemate who is leaving can move out earlier if need be.
