The location is quiet but well connected. Canary Wharf 15mins door to door, City and West End 30mins. A few minutes walk from Star Lane, Canning Town and West Ham Tube stations also nearby.
City Airport 15mins so European trips are super convenient.

The local area is continuing to undergo extensive development, new shops and restaurants pop up all the time.
The house has all the necessary facilities and kitchen appliances.

The room is furnished as needed, including: bed, chest of drawers and clothes rail, desk and chair, armchair, cushioned corner and TV with stand if needed. Furniture can be negotiated.

All bills and Council Tax and WiFi included.
