My names Kev, the current flatmate for the property. Looking for someone to move into the second bedroom in the property.

A little bit about the room, flat, bills and finally me.

The room is small and I think you can see that from the photos. There is a double bed, a desk and chair and a wardrobe. Storage space underneath the bed as well and if extra is needed there are drawers in the living room that can be used.

The flat is clean and modernish with all essentials you require as it’s furnished. There’s a table in the large living room for eating as well as couches. The Kitchen has all white goods minus a tumble dryer. Everything runs off of electric.

Location is the best part as it’s in St Leonard’s. There is a view of Arthur’s Seat from the living room window. Holyrood Park is your back garden and the meadows are your front garden.

Bills work out to roughly £110 each per month for council tax and electric.

A little bit about me -

I’m a 33 year old professional, managing a team of recruitment consultants. I am ex military and spent a lot of time travelling and working abroad before coming to settle in Edinburgh. I am pretty laid back about most things but would be looking for someone who is sociable and clean and tidy.
I like to play sport (Aussie Rules and football), go to the gym, go for beers, eat food, watch movies amongst lots other things.

Hopefully there are some like minded people out there who are looking to move in in the near future. I have shared with guys and girls. Both work fine for me.
