Hello, I am looking for someone to become a joint application member on a property in the Abbeyhill area. The pictures shown are for the room to let, there is an open arrangement kitchen, living room with the lifting clothes rack, and two large storage cupboards. I am advertising this room through the current tenant and room occupiers' account. The flat itself is cozy but colorful with all walls painted various colors. I am searching specifically for a female professional or mature student (PhD's or MA/MSc only). The monthly bills during summer come to around £40 each for stair cleaner, internet, as well as electric and gas. The property is zoned for animals though small so best for small dogs or cats if you are looking for an animal-friendly property. The bills are usually around £60 in the winter though this can be adjusted as we see fit.
The property is a 2-minute walk from Holyrood park and Arthurs Seat. Our local shopping center is Meadowbank which is a 5-minute walk away. Easter Road and Leith are within 20 minutes by foot, though regular busses to all city locations connect through Meadowbank. The property is quiet and on the ground floor and it comes with a lovely garden. There is a barbeque for summertime, an outdoor clothesline, our building neighbors are very friendly and quiet. In the winter the house stays fairly warm as it is a cozy flat and has double glazed windows. Stove, boiler, sink, and shower have been replaced in the last year and are all new.
I am a friendly 22-year-old professional female with two jobs, who enjoys communal activities such as board games and movie nights. I am looking for someone who is friendly, warm, and invested in creating a supportive and respectful environment in our home.
