We have a room to let in a lovely 5 bedroom flat in Edinburgh's Stockbridge area. The flat is situated within walking distance to the city centre and there are all local amenities close by. The flat has 2 bathrooms, a large communal kitchen and access to a beautiful shared garden. We have also installed a home gym if that is to your preference.

The room itself is furnished and only £360 a month. This does not include bill but these are all shared equally amongst the flatmates and are roughly £100-£120 a month. The flat is currently occupied by Junior Doctors so we are often not all at home at once so there is plenty of space but we do try to do flat activities from time to time.
