I’m leaving my room in a few weeks and looking for someone to move in August 23rd earliest or shortly after that date.
It’s a double room with a large built in wardrobe/cupboard, so plenty of storage space.
Located very centrally 5 minutes from Fountain Park and close to Harrison Park. There are tons of bus and transport options close by and several supermarkets within walking distance.
It’s £425 plus bills and council tax, which usually amounts to slightly over £500ish per month, or less if you’re a student.
There is a car park which you will get a free parking permit for.
It’s a 2 bedroom flat so you would be sharing with a friendly male professional in his early 30s.
My computer is currently taking up the living room but that would be gone. If you’re working from home then you would be undisturbed during the day with the living room as your office.
