My flatmate will be leaving so I need someone to move in on the 20th of July. There is one double bedroom available in a modern 2 bedroom flat. Fully furnished. It is located very centrally in Tollcross, only about 5-10 minute walk to George Square, and right next to the meadows.

Willing to take a working professional or a student but council tax will have to be paid (the flat is in band b so it is on the lower end). Bills are not included. The flat was fully renovated in January this year with a new kitchen and bathroom and floors.

Able to have viewings from 27/06. Unable to take short term renters. Please message if interested.
