One of the bedrooms in my flat is becoming available because my flatmate is moving down to London!

Two bed, two bath flat (Yes! You’ll basically have your own bathroom since I have the en-suite room and only use the bigger bathroom when I’m feeling the need for a bath), south facing lounge (with lovely views of Calton Hill), well appointed kitchen (dishwasher!), and a spare room (we use it as an office, though I have it set up often for self-tapes and auditions as well). All in all, it’s been a really lovely flat to live in. Great location, great light, double glazed windows so stays pretty warm much of the time.

I’m an American actor / writer, and I work from home as well as a private tutor. I’m looking for a flatmate who is flexible and creative and loves to cook and be social, but also enjoys their own quiet time and personal space. Ideally someone around my age, though if it’s a right match then age isn’t too important. I’m a big cyclist and swimmer and definitely would love to have a flatmate keen for Munro bagging with me.
