Looking for a new flatmate to join me in my 2 bed flat in Newington.
Rent is £540.50 each a month (it wouldn't let me put the .50 which is why it says £541). Plus £12.75 for wifi, energy bills ranging between £30-80 each and optional £6.44 insurance.

I did my undergrad in French and German at Edinburgh Uni and have stayed on to do a masters in Global Environment, Politics and Society. I'm currently doing my masters full time and will then be looking for a job/hopefully employed from mid August onwards. You would be solely responsible for paying the council tax (with my discount) (Band C) June-August. I'm looking for a professional/postgrad student finishing soon who is planning on staying in the flat indefinitely (like me).

I'm looking for someone who like me, is relaxed, clean, fun and social but needs and respects others' alone time. I'm vegetarian but don't mind if you eat meat as long as you're clean. If we have a similar diet it would be nice to cook together sometimes. It would be nice to hang out sometimes and be able to chat :) Women preferred please.

All the furniture is included apart from the bedroom chair and my current flatmate would sell you the desk in the bedroom for £20. We have a kitchen and living room upstairs, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom downstairs with a shower over the bath. The flat is just off a main road and 2 mins away from Tesco.

The letting agent is DRM and they're pretty responsive and helpful. I have more photos and videos if you'd like and we can arrange for a viewing too. Message with any questions.
