Hi, I am in a situation where I suddenly need to find a new flatmate. I have created this ad while I am home visiting my mum but message me for photos if you are interested as I get back tomorrow. The room is a single, with a furnished bed that has a trundle underneath and a chest of drawers. I am the only other flatmate, plus my cat. I am a student so don't pay council tax. Bills are approximately 68 pounds per month I think but could be lower. Shared living room and Kitchen. I am female and 21, females preferred but I am desperate so if you can pay a 600 rent + bills message me anyway and we can arrange a viewing. Let me know!
