Looking for a replacement tenant for the summer time.

A twin room in Pentland House, two male tenants, MUST be University of Edinburgh student to sublet! Rent is ￡115 per week but if you sublet the whole period from me, I can makeup the price to ￡90 per week. If you cannot take the whole period, a discount can still be negotiated.

Available from 28 May, but your contract start time can be arranged.
The price is really good, and a DISCOUNT can be negotiated.
