Hi Everyone.

I am currently looking for a flatmate to take over a room in this property. Very centrally located, by the meadows. The room is a single (it has a double bed in it however). There is a big living room, with walk-in kitchen and bathrooms. It's a very cosy flat!

Looking for student preferably due to council tax reasons; someone who is friendly, sociable, tidy and where we can have a nice chat but also appreciate our own space, time etc.,

About me: I am a PhD student (26 f). I am rather easy going, love to listen to music and play music, to read, paint, and meet up with friends for a drink or dinner. I am sociable, but also like my own space; so if your looking for a friendly, relaxed homey environment - then do pop me a message!
