Located just off the vibrant Leith Walk, this spacious king size bedroom with private ensuite in a charming Victorian tenement flat is just a 20-minute walk from the city centre and a 2 minute walk from McDonald Road tram stop that takes you directly to airport. The room looks out onto McDonald road so there can be some street noise but it is spacious, decorated with unique furniture and has its own private bathroom. We have tried to create a homely flat that has fully equipped kitchen/ living space.
We are a couple (two men) who are ideally looking for a non-smoking professional that is tidy and considerate. We enjoy cooking, arts, socialising and fitness. We usually work Mon-Fri 8-5pm so are ideally looking for someone with a similar work pattern.


Rent is £1000 which includes all bills (council tax, gas, electricty and wifi). A deposit is required of £800 which would be returned at the end of your stay. This room is available from the middle of September.
