Hi everyone. I am a 22 year old University of Edinburgh student currently studying History and Politics and going into my final year. I am very clean and organised and would ideally want a flatmate who is the same. I'm a girl, I'm from Spain, and I have a cat who is very friendly and also a girl. The flat is a good size, with one shared bathroom, a box room, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms. The room to let is a single room with a huge window overlooking the garden and with a view of Carlton Hill. Please message me for photos of the flat and I am happy to send them! Flat is in Leith, but in a very convenient area. There is a Tesco opposite, ASDA down the road, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants and bakeries all on your potential future doorstep. Less than ten minutes from Leith Walk and a tram stop. Bus stop opposite the flat with good transport links. Also only 5 minutes from the Shore and Water of Leith!
