Looking for someone to take over my contract from mid July- 30 Aug (July start date is flexible). This would be ideal for a student ether in Edinburgh for the Fringe or the summer (e. g. Summer School or internship).

Room is in a 6 bed flat, 5 are currently occupied. Located in EH8, on Holyrood road. - Central, from most city areas (10 mins from Newtown, old town, UoE main Campus, 20min from Haymarket).

-See video of the room when I first moved in, room will be in this condition. Happy to provide more photos if needed.
-Rent is 655pcm all inclusive. No deposit is required.
-I will have moved out of the flat come July.
-You will need to be a student to take over the contract.
-I'd prefer one person to take over, if not I am open to multiple people if the timings work etc.
