I am studying abroad from January to May 2026 and am looking for someone to move into my room for the semester. It is a 5 bedroom flat in Prestonfield, with lovely views of both Arthur's seat and the Pentland hills. There is a large living room, 2 showers and a toilet, with an internal kitchen. The flat is an all girls flat, we are in our third year of study ant the University of Edinburgh, and are we all tidy and organised. The girls have hobbies such as crochet, going to the gym, running and watching films. We also have a weekly flat dinner. The bedroom itself is quite large, on the East side of the building, with a double bed and a window looking out onto Arthur's seat. The flat is a 20 minute walk from George Square, 20 minutes to King's Buildings and just over half an hour to the Royal Infirmary. Cameron Toll is 10 minutes South and there are great bus links to both the University and the centre of Edinburgh. The flat has brand new double glazed windows throughout, and bills are around £40 a month. Please get in touch if you're interested as we would love to know sooner rather than later :)
