Hi there, As my current flatmate is sadly leaving. I am looking for a professional / mature student flatmate for a tenancy swap. This flat is let by a letting agency and thus is really sorted in terms of rent and amenities. The flat is fully furnished and is 2 bedroom flat. There is a main bathroom which you will have to yourself as I have an ensuite for myself. The rent is 750 and council tax Band E after 25% student discount applied to the flat currently. If you are a student there will be no Council Tax for the flat. Broadband bill is £12 per person and electricity and utility costs comes around £65 max in winters and £40 in general per person.

All in all it's a wonderful furnished flat with dishwasher, washing machine and other appliances.
You will be sharing this flat with me , a PhD researcher at University of Edinburgh. I am a chill person who likes to enjoy movies, go on walks, explore places and trying to learn guitar and I like to keep my space and kitchen and common area pretty tidy. As I am quite an ambivert, I would love to share this flat with someone who enjoys to chat and share a meal once in a while. I am not just looking for a flatmate, I am looking to make a home with good vibes.
