Its a 15 min walk to the Futures Institute / the meadows!! Period of Residence : Saturday 12 September 2026 to Friday 3 September 2027. The total rent for the tenancy period is £10,178.47 - paid monthly which is roughly £849 bills incl. Dm if interested :)
