It is currently being occupied by us (me , my wife and a 12 year aged male child) since feb 2024. There is plenty storange. The garden access is limited.

Commonwealth pool and UOE pollock hall is hardly 1 min walk. A decent view of Arthur seat directly from the street. The parking is free on street, subject to availability.
