Hi all. I have a double room available from 19st of October for one month, with possibility to extend till 1st of December 2026. £1000 per that month, including all bills. For one person. If two - £1200.
I live on my own, but sometimes rent on airbnb the small room, I'm very quiet and prefer my house this way :) so no party people, sorry.

The flat is on the last 3rd floor in Abbeyhill, Edinburgh. No pets. No lift.
