We have a lovely, cosy flat in the heart of Edinburgh city centre. The flat is just a short walk from St James Quarter, the tram station, and several bus stops, with Lidl, Sainsbury's, Iceland, and Tesco all within five minutes' walk. Everything you need is easily accessible on foot.

We're a clean, sociable household that also respects each other's space. We enjoy cosy movie nights in and chats in the kitchen, as well as heading out for a matcha, dinner, or a walk around Holyrood Park.

We're three professionals aged 24–27 and are looking for someone who'll be a good fit for the flat. Professionals are preferred, but students are welcome too, provided they're happy to contribute towards the council tax.
