Lease details:
The current lease runs until 1st September and is on a rolling basis. There is the option to renew the lease beyond this date (this has been done previously), so this could suit someone looking for either a short-term stay for August or student accommodation for the next academic year. However the lease from September onwards would be something you would have to sort with the landlord yourself!
