My current flatmate is moving out so looking for someone to take over his room from August onwards. It’s a large two bedroom flat located on Learmonth Terrace in Comley Bank, 5 minutes from Stockbridge / Inverleith park.

You’d be sharing with myself, a 27 year old Chemical Engineer from Newcastle. I’m very easy going and active, usually up early for the gym and spend most evenings out running / socialising after work. Hobbies include mountain biking, snowboarding and all things outdoors. Looking for someone tidy, sociable and ideally of a similar age.
