My flatmate and I are currently looking for a friendly, tidy and clean student or professional female to move into our lovely 3 bedroom flat in the city center!

We are centrally located with a 5 minute walk to St. James Quarter, 10 minute walk to Edinburgh Waverley, bus and tram stops less than a 2 minute walk away and walking distance to multiple shops.

The flat comes furnished with the bedroom including a mattress, bed frame and small drawer. Living room has 2 couches, a coffee table, bookcase and full dining room set of table and chairs. Washer and dryer included.

Rent as listed above. Bills including wifi and electricity/water average around £45/month. If you are professional, we are in a Band F property. Reduction in council tax will be in effect due to student living in this property.

A bit about ourselves. My name is Elyse, I’m Canadian and I have recently finished my Masters in Physiotherapy at Queen Margaret University. I work part time as a swim instructor and am currently in search for work fulltime as a physio in Edinburgh or commutable surroundings! In my spare time I enjoy cooking, going for walks outside and up for exploring Edinburgh and Scotland! My other roommate Tosin is from London and is currently a student at University of Edinburgh studying Chemistry.
