room for rent! 705 per month! female student in the university of Edinburgh preferred! I am planning to leave my room early so am looking for someone to take over my lease. The room will be available July 24-31, with potential to move in slightly earlier. It is an ensuite room in a six-person flat on the first floor of Deaconess House. I think any replacement would need to be a female student. I've really enjoyed being surrounded by parks at Deaconess! It's also a very good deal for Edinburgh with all utilities and internet included.
