I have secured a premium studio room (1 king bed room) at Vita Student Fountainbridge for the upcoming year, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I am seeking someone to take over my tenancy through a convenient swap arrangement. If you decide to swap with me but later find you cannot stay for the full term, you have the option to find a replacement, just as I am doing right now.
