Hi, I'm a student at Edinburgh University and am looking to let out my room through to the end of fringe, around the last week of August (I'm flexible with a couple of days before or after)
The room is a single bed with ample storage provided.
There are 2 common Toilets and a kitchen that will be shared by occupants. The Kitchen area includes a washer, dryer and 2 fridges.
Free wifi upto 300 mbps is included.
The flat is spacious with a large kitchen and living room, and is located within 15 mins walking distance of all major Fringe Festival locations.
It is connected to all major city locations via the 14, 30, 33 buses, all of which arrive at the East preston stop at our doorstep.
