My lodger is moving out of her double room in the 'granny flat', on the top floor of my Victorian house. The room is spacious and peaceful, with a shared Jacuzzi bathroom/shower, and kitchenette. You'd be sharing the granny flat with one other female here for the Fringe, and you'd also have access to the shared spaces on the ground floor: the TV/snug, the laundry with washer and dryer, and the garden and patio. And you're most welcome to come have a cuppa and a chat with whoever is in the ground floor kitchen.

LOCATION AND AMENITIES: The house is in EH16, only 10-15 mins into town with excellent transport links elsewhere, also. Plenty of buses: 3.7.8.21.24.29.31.35.37.47 ... An Uber can get here in ten minutes from Waverley depending on traffic. Cameron Toll is only a five minute walk, and it's got a Sainsbury's, Aldi, Boots, WH Smith, Costa, and several banks and shops.

All the bills are included in the rent, eg. utilities and council tax. I don't charge for WIFI. We're with SKY and have the superfast package but It's a 200 year-old house and can be a little 'iffy' at times, so I don't charge.
