I’m looking for a flatmate to join me in this two bedroom-one bathroom apartment located just off Elm Row/Leith walk.

The room advertised is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, large mirror, two night-stands and lamps. The flat has a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen and a large, tastefully decorated living room with a dining table and plenty of seating space. There are also two storage units in the flat.

The price indicated only covers the rent, utility bills will be on top of this: gas, electricity, broadband and council tax (band C). We have lightning-fast wifi and double glazed windows.

Within a 5-10 minute walk you can arrive at St. James/Princes Street, gyms, Tesco, Sainsbury, Co-op, tailors, coffee shops, parks and much more. Tram and bus stops are within a 2-3 minute walking distance.

About me:
I am 26 years old and I am from Ireland. I've lived in Berlin the past 2 years and moved to Edinburgh a few months ago. I've a MA degree in Human Rights, Culture and Social Justice and moved here to enhance my career opportunities. I am quite social but also really value my privacy. My interests include: reading, going for walks and hanging out with friends. Ideally, I am looking for someone who is mature, friendly and tidy. No students or couples please. Someone who works hybrid or in the office is preferred.
