I live only some time in the flat and sometimes have my partner and grandchildren staying when I’m there for a night. I have a friendly mid size dog who is 2. There is a patio at the front and a garden at the back with room to sit out accessing private Regent st gardens. There is a shower and bath in separate bathrooms and there is a large sitting room at the front and at the back. The back sitting room has a sofabed and a desk. If wanting to work from home then bills would need to increase accordingly if there’s a big increase in gas and electricity. There is room for a bike at the front and you could apply for parking in the street.
I could take someone sooner than June but have my mum coming to stay then for a night. She will stay in the back room which we call the sitootery as well.
In your room there is some storage space in the wardrobe but we have a walk in cupboard as well that you can put things in. The kitchen is well equipped. It has a dishwasher etc and there’s a washer and dryer.
