Hi, I have a double room available in my Easter Road flat until the end of October. Ideally I'd like to find someone looking for a place for that whole period however I would consider shorter term lets.

The flat is in the middle of easter road, a short walk to city centre or Leith. Tram and bus stops closeby. It's a fairly spacious 2 bedroom flat with a shared living room and kitchen. Separate toilet and bathroom.

I currently work Mon-Fri 9 to 5 and usually go out climbing 3 nights a week. I often go out to meet friends at the weekend and once in a while during the week. I'm pretty easy going with living situation, happy to hang out and do things together or keep to myself/my own routine, depending on the person I'm living with's preference.

I do not have an ideal flatmate in mind but if you could tell me a little about yourself in your message to get an idea of what you're like that'd be great.

Council tax band B. Only other bills are gas and electric. Happy to answer any further questions about the flat.
