I have 1 room (premium ensuite, Canal Point, Edinburgh) to let for the upcoming academic year 30 Aug 2024 - 22 Aug 2025 (51 weeks). I am the current tenant and I am finding the replacement tenant.

It's the student accommodation, so only students are accepted. But there is no any other requirement for the replacement tenants.

231 pounds per week. 5 persons share a kitchen and each person has his/her own bed and bathroom. Many supermarkets are nearby.

If you are interested, message me and I will email the apartment. Then I will email the apartment and you will sign the contract and make payments directly with the apartment only. So there is no risk or scam.
