Large double room available in a spacious 2-bed flat in Newington, right by The Meadows and around a 10-minute walk from George Square / Edinburgh University.

The location is fantastic — Sainsbury’s, Co-op, cafés, restaurants, pubs and local shops are all within a few minutes’ walk, with Summerhall, The Pleasance and The Meadows right on the doorstep. The Old Town and Waverley are also easily walkable, with excellent bus links nearby.

The flat has a large shared living room, spacious kitchen/diner, two genuinely good-sized bedrooms and access to a shared garden.

You'd be sharing with me — a doctor working in Edinburgh. I'm friendly, clean and easy-going, and looking for someone similar. Ideally a PhD student, researcher or young professional who wants a comfortable, relaxed home.

I enjoy reading, going to the theatre / museums / art galleries and I have just started doing pottery. I'm happy to socialise and have dinner/drinks together occasionally, but also value having alone time too.
