Flat is located in a quiet area surrounded by parks but not very far from city centre, it has very good bus links to the town. Cameron toll shopping centre nearby and walking distance to Royal Infirmary Hospital, ideal for juinior doctors or researchers, or working people. Suitable for mature people, working. Not suitable for working from home.
All bills are included. Friendly and nice flatmates. No agency. Looking for someone respectful, clean and tidy, working professional.
Flat has all the amenies which are necessary. We like to think it is more a home than just a flat to share. Please note it is not a sociable flat, everyone works , wakes up early and quietness and respect is necessary for everyone.
