My name is Francesca, 27yo, Italian.
I’m a full time professional and I’m looking for someone that can rent my other room.
You would live with myself and my cat Leo (nice guy).

The flat is in Little France-quiet area of Edinburgh-great for whose working as remote or studying, 5 minutes walking from Royal Infirmary Hospital, well connected to city center with 33/49/24 and other buses-15 minutes or less. I have also a big private garden, which is great to spend some time in summer time.
There is a big mall (Cameron toll) with all supermarkets and gym too, at 10 min walking.
Bathroom/living room/kitchen are shared areas.

I require someone clean!!
I wouldn’t ask to clean the whole flat, but as long as you clean as you go in a PROPER way especially the common areas , I’m happy!
If cleanliness it is not on provided, I might end the contract too.
This is not OCD, it’s just wanting to live in a nice clean area.

I’m looking for someone that can ideally rent for at least 3 months and then contract can be extended!

References and a deposit are required (but price can be negotiated).
This price includes rent, Wi-Fi and council tax, however bills are quarterly, based on usage!

About me:
I’m a full time massage therapist so I work 5/7, usually I’m always back at home by the time of dinner.
On my time off I like to hang out, go to the gym (looking for gym buddy too) or just simply staying at home chilling.
I love, LOVE, eating and go for some drinks from time to time. Ngl I’m pretty funny too 🤓.
