The flat is warm, bright, and welcoming, and the available room is fully furnished with:

Double bed with memory foam mattress

Large wardrobe and shoe rack with mirror

Desk and chair

Double curtains for extra coziness

Juliette balconies in every room

The flat is in a quiet residential area, but very well connected:

Bus stop right outside with routes:

21 to Portobello Beach

18 direct to the airport

15-minute walk to the Royal Infirmary Hospital

Secure bike storage

Costcutter just across the street for all your essentials

About me: I work Monday to Friday and live a quiet, relaxed lifestyle. During my weekends, I usually enjoy staying at home, cooking, watching movies, reading, and simply taking some time to rest and recharge. I enjoy having company, but I also really value my personal space and a peaceful home. I love travelling when I get the chance, but most of the time I’m happiest enjoying a quiet weekend at home.

Rent: £730/month – all bills included
Deposit: £600

If you're looking for a relaxed home with a little feline company in a well-connected and calm area, feel free to message me.

***The room is also available Monday to Friday at a rate that works for this set up
