My name is Diego and I am looking for a housemate to join me and my girlfriend Nina in a 3-bedroom house in Little France starting from mid January (although it is available already).

About the house:

- Fully furnished room and house.
- Nice location in a quiet secluded estate (and calm woods nearby to go on walks).
- Spacious with shared living room, kitchen and a garden.
- Space for your car in the driveway.
- 3 toilets and 2 showers (so no morning queues).
- Extra storage available in the loft if you need it.
- Close to the Royal Infirmary and the BioQuarter, ideal if you work or study there.

About me and Nina:

- I am from Bolivia, work as a salesperson. I work remotely from home, or coffee/coworking spaces.
- Nina is a junior doctor, from Poland, and she sometimes works on atypical shifts.
- The atmosphere in the house is quite cosy (thanks to Nina and her candles).
- We moved from Bristol last year so we still feel relatively new to Edinburgh.
