We are used to having au pairs of varying nationalities & friends staying. And have a relaxed atmosphere - with the usual rumblings of family life. We have a few pets (chickens, cats & salamanders!)

the house is currently on the market for sale hence shhort let conditions are that tennant has minimal baggage and keeps room in tidy viewable condition / allows the odd viewing. (once per week)
