Hello all... I am looking for a flat mate to share a fairly modern two bedroom flat, about a minute walk to the Bus Stop serviced by buses 7, 11, and 18. Buses 3 and 29 are 5 minutes walk away from the flat. Room is available from mid March 2026.

Flat generally will suit an exchange programme (International student) or professional looking for short stay in Edinburgh that enjoys living within a well maintained and clean environment and considerate of others when it comes to sharing and maintenance of facilities in the flat etc. Other than these, everything else is calm.

Rent of £450 per room does not include council tax. Council tax (Band C) is roughly £63 a month in addition to rent. Other bills totals to roughly £50.00 a month on average per person on fair usage basis (Gas and Electricity). Unlimited Broadband optional at £15 a month.
