Hey everyone! I’m looking for a student flatmate to move in with me from January 2026 (flexible start date) for a 6 months long lease.

• Location: Mayfield Gardens (15 min walk to King’s Campus, 25 min walk to the Business School, 1 min from a bus stop)
• Modern & fully furnished
• 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, spacious living room
• Your room: Mostly furnished (bed & big cupboard included)
💰 Rent: £800 for the room

The flat is in a great location with easy access to the city and university. Ideally looking for a tidy and easygoing student.
