Hi!
I'm a PhD student at the University of Edinburgh looking to find a flatmate for a first-floor flat . The room comes furnished with a double bed, a shelf and a desk, and contains adequate wardrobe space as well.
By walk, the Kings buildings are just 5 minutes away and Cameron toll 15. The area itself is very well connected (just off Mayfield road) and is a 10 minute bus trip away from the city centre. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and quiet.
For nature lovers and avid runners, the Braid hermitage is a great place to frequent and is just a short walk away.
As a flatmate, I like to keep things tidy and organised. I enjoy my personal space and generally keep to myself though I'm open to interesting chats or conversations.
