There is plenty of room to work from home - the kitchen gets loads of lovely natural light and has a dining table and breakfast bar. One of the box rooms is currently set up as a home office.
The living room is huge and has a desk and chair. There is also a box room which can be used as storage.

The flat is close to bus and tram links, a 15 minute walk to Princes St, 20 minute walk to either train station.
