I am a 25 year old PhD student looking for a new flatmate (ideally students but happy for a professional if happy to pay Council tax.)

The room comes with a bed, wardrobe, dresser and desk.
The flat has a spacious well equipped kitchen with view over to Arthurs Seat, it also has a seperarate living room.

I enjoy hanging out with flatmates, but also likes and respects privacy when needed. I am looking for someone who is also tidy, easy going and friendly. I enjoy hiking, museums and exploring Edinburgh.
