We have a spacious Georgian room available in our shared 4 Bedroom flat.

The flat is a lovely one, with high ceilings, a massive, updated kitchen and the perfect location (15min walk to Waverley station). Also two separate bathrooms.

About the room: It comes unfurnished but has built-in shelves and a really lovely window facing the back garden. It is on the back side of the house which means it is quiet. Fairly large, so it will fit the room essentials easily.

About us:
Michelle 27 (Designer), Ewan 26 (Actor and Fitness worker), and Melissa 23 (Theater worker).
We love being creative and have an occasional dinner in the kitchen. I (Michelle) love cooking and fermenting, as well as a nice painting evening. Mel has a cat called Patch who is the cutest and very friendly. He has access to the public rooms and is an outdoor cat.

About the vibe: We are a very functional flat and focus on working and respecting each other's privacy.
We are therefore looking for an individual, who understands what it means to live with a bigger group and that cleaning is a weekly essential to keep harmony in a shared space.
We are open to any people from abroad and love a good cultural and personal mix.

Price:
Rent 550 GBP, and Bills ~78 GBP a month.
