Hi, I am a Master by research student and I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in a 5-bedroom flat in Edinburgh as I’ll be traveling away for my research. The flat is located in the vibrant yet quiet Tollcross area, just a 10-minute walk from the University of Edinburgh central campus and a 15-minute walk to Princes Street, Edinburgh Castle, and The Royal Mile. Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Co-op, and several Asian supermarkets are only 2 minutes away, with bus stops close by offering great connections across the city.

The room is £878 per month (£220 per week), including all bills. Rent is payable until July 2025, and the lease officially ends on 29th August 2025.

The room comes furnished with a bed and mattress, in-built closet space, a study desk and chair, a bookshelf, a small chest of drawers, and a private sink with extra cabinet space.

The flat has two shared bathrooms (shared with three other flatmates), a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, and a shared living area. Additionally, you’ll have access to the Riego Street common room, which includes a pool table, a piano, two TVs, games, and a dedicated study space.
