My current flatmate is moving out in Feb and his room will be available. The flat is a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom on the second floor with a dishwasher and in-unit washer. The available room is large with an ensuite bathroom and a beautiful floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the garden.

We’re on a quiet street while also being super close to coffee shops, pubs, and restaurants. About a 10 minute walk from Haymarket station.

The rent is £1100 a month and unfortunately does not include bills which usually work out to be about £150 (if the flatmate is not a student, less without council tax). Move in date should be Feb 1st.
Looking for a long term flatmate, hopefully at least for a year.

About me, I am an American student who moved here last September for my Masters. I am studying counseling at the University of Edinburgh. I just started playing padel and also like to play pool and softball. I love a pub quiz, going to the movies and comedy shows!

I'm looking for a fun, friendly, and clean roommates in a similar age range! I love being able to have a balance of socializing with a flatmate and giving each other our own space. When conflicts arise, I prefer to try to be as direct and kind with each other as possible. I would prefer someone who is not full time work from home! Unfortunately, not open to couples.
